I have several options when it comes to where I can take my fleet vehicle, but I consistently choose Pep Boys because of the customer service I’ve received here for more than six years. A special shoutout to Sarah, who is a huge reason I continue to come back. She has an incredible presence—professional, welcoming, personable, and genuinely great at communicating. She makes you feel heard and taken care of, and I’ve watched her treat other customers with that same level of care and respect. Over the years, I’ve even gotten to know Sarah on a more personal level, and I can honestly say she is an exceptional person inside and out. Employees like her are what make a business stand out. I truly appreciate the consistency, professionalism, and kindness I’ve experienced here over the years. When I have a choice of where to take my fleet vehicle, I choose Pep Boys—and Sarah is a big part of why. Highly recommend!

If I could do a half a star for this location, I would I took my 2024 Kia Soul to Pep Boys for a Virginia state inspection. I picked up the vehicle around 6:30 PM and drove it directly home. I did not drive the vehicle again until the following day. The next day, as soon as I started driving, the infotainment screen suddenly shut off, and multiple safety warning lights illuminated on the dashboard. This was extremely concerning because I had never experienced any issues with the vehicle before taking it to Pep Boys for the inspection. I immediately called Pep Boys and explained what had happened. I informed them that I was just now driving the vehicle after the inspection and that these issues had never occurred previously. Rather than offering to inspect the vehicle or investigate the problem, the representative immediately became defensive and stated, "We didn't do anything to the car. That has to just be a coincidence. There's nothing that can be done during a state inspection that would cause something like that to happen." I found this response disappointing and unprofessional. A better customer service approach would have been to invite me to bring the vehicle back so they c

I go here for a state inspection every year. The inspectors are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Sarah, the front desk clerk, has been working there for a while. I know this because I have been coming here since I was a teenager. And Sarah is sooo knowledgeable and provides amazing customer service every single time. I love this place and I will continue to come here. And I have already gotten my friends and family to pick this place as their go-to auto shop. Thank you for everything.

Was able to walk in and drop vehicle off, it was repaired in the stated timeline and with the estimate provided after diagnostics. The proper issue was fixed and drove like new after the repair. Would highly recommend the shop for repairs, they were courteous and helpful and seemed to care about fixing the concern and having the vehicle operate properly. Would strongly recommend them for future repairs.
